How to get there


Goierri is situated on one of Europe´s main arterial roads.

Traffic from central Europe enters the Peninsula via Irun, and flows down the N-1, through Goierri and on to Madrid and Portugal.

Goierri is also a crossroads for traffic to the north of the Peninsula, via Bilbao, and to the east, via Pamplona and Zaragoza.


Tren

By train

Goierri is on the main railway line from Madrid to Europe, with many other lines branching off to other parts of the Iberian Peninsula.


Automóvil

By car

By road, take the N-1 from either San Sebastián or Vitoria, from Bilbao take the Durango (or Eibar) - Beasain road, and from Pamplona (A-10) take the Irurtzun-Ataun road.


Avión

By air

Within a 100-kilometre radius there are five airports (Hondarribia-San Sebastián, Foronda-Vitoria, Loiu-Bilbao, Noain-Pamplona and Biarritz).
